★　土粥の作り方(大飢饉より)　★ 土はどんな土でも良い。土一升(1.8リットル)に水四升を入れ、 容器で良くかき混ぜ、上水をとる。 これを何度か繰り返し、また水を四升入れて良くかき混ぜ、 別の容器に移して、底に残る砂、石を取る。 水にひたすこと三日間、その間一日に三回上水を取り替える。 このようにした土に今度は水三升を入れて土粥ができる。 つまり土の養分を取り込むのである。これで餓えをしのぐ事 が出来る。とある。
